Physical Proof
BookLogix will produce a physical, bound proof copy of the book for the author to review. The proof is an exact copy of the final book and provides the author an opportunity to see the finished product before the first print run. Author(s) are expected to provide feedback in terms of any changes to text, formatting, cover, and physical book specifications. BookLogix will review all requested changes in regards to appropriateness of content and according to industry standards.
Galley Proof
When needed, BookLogix will create a galley proof, which is a bound pre-publication copy of the book that will have a white, text-only cover. Depending on the project needs, a galley may be created before interior layout/formatting is complete. Galley may be used in some marketing methods, such as to obtain reviews or endorsements, or for other uses.
