BookLogix, a book publisher in Alpharetta, Georgia, has an opening for a graphic designer to pre-press and design printed materials. This is an entry-level position.
NO REMOTE WORK, THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION ONLY. APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL TO THE AREA.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
– Pre-Press/Set up materials to be ready for printing
– Design/format book covers and interiors
– Work with clients to determine their needs and see designs through to completion

Requirements:
– Must have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Word.
– Education in graphic design.
– Attention to detail.
– Candidate will work out of our Alpharetta, Georgia (Forsyth County) office full-time.

BookLogix accepts interns at our company year-round. Both college and high school students are accepted. You must be an actively-enrolled student who is in an internship program with your school and will receive credit from your school for the internship.  All internships are unpaid.  No telecommuting or “virtual” internships are offered. Interns must have transportation to/from our facility.
